Due to the continuing global pandemic we wish to reassure our guests of our high level of safety standards and changes to our cancellation policy.

Chages to cancellation policy

As the current travel restrictions are continually changing and there is uncertanty regarding the reopening of certain forms of travel we will only take full payment from 4 weeks before your holiday start date.  Any cancellations that are due to covid-19 will receive a full refund unless it is within the 4 weeks proir to your holiday when a cancellation fee of £50 will be charged.  We are very "drivabubble" from the UK, stay in your car on the chunnel, reduce motorway stops were possible, stay safe.

Cleaning

At Cour des Vignes we always pride ourselves on our cleanliness but now we are taking extra precautions.  This means that turn over of the property takes longer than usual and you may be requested to vacate earlier in the morning and arrive later in the evening. We will be asking guests to strip down their beds and clean the bathrooms - they will also be fully cleaned by us. 
​You will be able to wait by the pool area if we are not quite ready for you.

Testing

We ask that all adults and children over 11 years have a negative Covid-19 test prior to travel or evidence of having recieved a vaccination more than 2 weeks prior to travel.  All party members are required to have travel insurance.Hand gel and disinfectant wipes will be available for your use in the gite but please note that Surgical disposable masks (not fabric) are required in all public areas in France, please ensure that you bring a good supply.

Paperwork

Please ensure that you have any necessary paperwork reqired by both the english and French governments prior to travel ( including being aware of any Brexit changes)
